1) Will a Virtual Tour work on my computer?
WideEyedVision virtual tours work on all PCs running Windows 2000 and XP. The virtual tours run on Macintosh computers running OS 10.2
2) Do I need QuickTime?
All disks with WideEyedVision virtual tours contain a quicktime installer. When the virtual tour is run it first looks to see if you have a version of Quicktime that is compatible. If not then the program offers you the chance to install from CD the QuickTime plugin. Currently, the version of QuickTime included is 7.04. If you are running any version of QuickTime 6 then this will be sufficient. Early versions of QuickTime 7 need to be updated to 7.04.
3) How do I use a Virtual Tour?
Where ever you are in the Virtual Tour, instructions letting you know what to do can be found in the help box at the bottom left hand side of the screen. Furthermore, more general help can be found by pressing the HELP button at the top left hand side of the screen.
4) I press "Order Print" and nothing happens.
"Order Print" launches your Web Browser to open a page at WideEyedVision with the plant you are interested in. For this to work your computer needs to be able to make a connection to the internet, this may take a little time if you have a modem connection. In Windows, when the browser is open but hidden before you launch the Virtual Tour, nothing happens when you press "Order Print". You need to make sure that no browser windows are hidden when you launch the Virtual Tour.
